Chi Kung (Qi Gong)
Chi Kung (Qi Gong) increases flexibility, balance, oxygen levels, and mental clarity, boosts the immune system and reduces stress. All levels are welcomed and encouraged in this class.
Flex & Flow Yoga
A rich & deep practice to awaken the dynamic within you. We might flow through postures to raise heat while other practices might involve long holds to transform fascia and patterns of holding. There will always be groaning and often a good laugh.
Pre-Natal Yoga
Together we will explore mindful breath work, gentle postures, and heart-centred meditation as a way to deepen your connection with Baby, manage uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms and prepare your body and spirit for labour and delivery.
Deep & Delicious Yoga
A deep dive into the fascial world, these practices include long holds to work your deep tissues, courageous curiosity and strength building to activate your dynamic core, all resulting in radical transformation of your patterns.
ELDOA
ELDOA's are precise exercises/ postures developed by French Osteopath Dr Guy VOYER, DO that work to increase space in a given joint. With this space comes a host of benefits:-

How To Book A Class
The Collective is a collaborative studio that allows Muskoka-area instructors a place to provide their offerings to their communities. But, it is essentially their studio for the time that they are teaching. Rather than booking through the studio, all classes can be booked directly through your instructors.
